Posted by Ahmed on 7/14/2011 11:49:00 PM My light fell and had the same issue mentioned above. They guys were awesome and said they would fix my light if I pay for shipping.
Posted by Eddie on 12/2/2011 4:25:00 PM I have been having the same problem when the light and battery move. I opened a little bit the connection and works fine. I giggle the battery and it does not go off any more.

Thanks so much

Replied by LA Color Pros Glad the issue resolved. If it happens again, you can always contact us to have the light serviced.
Posted by Scott Duncan on 2/13/2012 1:27:00 PM This fix worked for me too. Before, a slight wiggle & light would go on & off. Now it stays on as it should. Thank you!

Replied by LA Color Pros Scott! That's great it fixes the issue. If you continue to have problem, please contact us and we will take care of you.
Posted by Jeff Cerar on 8/21/2012 3:03:00 PM I'm now having this problem with my Comer 1800. Not sure what you mean by "lift up the two golden contact points". By "lift up" do you mean spread each contact so that they are wider? That's what it looks like from your picture compared to my contacts which are more closed.

Replied by LA Color Pros Jeff, it's for jacking up the contact but not making it wider. If you still have problem with your light, you can contact us for repair service. Thanks
