Capture Sound Every Way We Could At Church Weddings

Posted on 7/15/2013 1:49:00 PM

We placed sound recorders everywhere to capture audio at church weddings.

It's challenging to capture good audio at big church weddings especially we were not able to tap to the in house sound system. Also, when priests do not want to be mic'ed, we will just need to go with different methods.

Some of the audio device that was used,

   RODE VideoMic Pro
   RODE PinMic
   Zoom H2n Recorder
   Zoom H1 Recorder
   Sony Digital Voice Recorder

Check out the audio below to hear the difference between the sound recorded with these pocket recorders compared to the shotgun mic mounted on top of camera.
