Comer Site Visit

Posted on 2/7/2010 9:21:00 PM

A visit to Zhengzhou KEMA Company the manufacturer of Comer LED light.

We had a face to face discussion with Comer CEOs, engineers and the sales team about the Comer line of products.

Posted by Nathan Coates on 6/24/2013 8:48:00 AM Hi,
I have just purchased a Comer light from Ebay and I think it is fake. The seller is claiming that it is a "neutral" version from Comer to avoid import tax.
Below is a link to the item advertised as a Comer light. Can you tell me if it is fake or not so that I can settle the dispute and get a real Comer (if its fake).
Thank you.
Kind Regards

Replied by LA Color Pros Nathan,

Im sorry to hear about your issue.
Next time, you should comsider buying from an authorized dealer like us. More than the current issue you are experiencing, in the future if you need parts replacement for the light, if you bought the light from us, its all free. Also service fee is a lot higher since we have to examine lights that were not purchased from us.

Comer does make "neutral" version of the light. By that it means there isn't the Comer brand name printed on both left and right side of the light. However, from the pictures on the eBay listing, it is showing there are 12 LED bulbs and there isn't a grill mesh screen in front of those bulbs. Comer CM-LBPS1800 has 10 LED bulbs. The mesh screen is for defusing and protection. Let me know how it goes with your dispute at ebay.
