T2i Final Setup

After testing the setup in several shootings, here is the final setup on the main camera and B-roll camera.

Follow Focus is gone as it's not practical to move hand from adjusting the zoom level to the Follow Focus wheel.
 
External monitor is removed because of the 5-second blank screen after the record button is hit. Also, weight is an issue with the external monitor and the additional battery.
 
The bracket used to mount the camera light and microphone is the Accessory Bar with Two Shoes.

Replied by LA Color Pros Those are focus gear that allows you to focus quicker and finer. Since the zoom ring and focus ring are so close together, adding the gear to the focus ring makes it easier to do the job right. You can google "focus gear ring" and see where to buy them.

In one of your older threads, you mentioned this is your replacement for your old rig which consisted of 2 XHA1s, and 1 HV40. As a novice videographer, I am really on the fence with purchasing the XHA1s vs 2 Panasonic GH2s. What do you recommend?

Replied by LA Color Pros HI Karlo, if you are new to video taping, you might want to start with a tranditional camcorder such as the XH-A1. DSLR gives you great result but it is completely not easy to use.
