As a videographer, I have purchased batteries and a light from this on-line site and I cannot say enough what great service I received. After realizing I ordered the wrong battery the first time, I sent mail to inquire how to exchange it. My mail was answered promptly and I was given clear directions on the exchange. I ordered the correct battery after that. The new battery came before I even got out to the post office to mail the first one!
 
Since then, I purchased a light based on reviews on the site - reviews that compared 4 or 5 lights using very practical methodology. This info gave me the impetus to make my purchase.
 
There is also a blog that covers many pertinent topics for photography and video. In addition, I found out that the owner has the same camera as I do. I've been able to ask advice on the camera and get "mentoring" about the craft. He is always helpful and enjoys helping me. I highly recommend Taky and LA Color Pros!
