Just received the Canon Compatible BP-827 Fully Decoded Battery. It's HUGE, but it actually doesn't really bother me when using it with the video camera.
Here's a photo of the Fully Decoded BP-827 battery (2900mAh) behind the stock battery for my HF20. And photo of the display with the battery on. It shows 298 minutes.
